Professional Planning Services: Up to 12 months of planning

One consultant and one assistant throughout entire planning process

Two (2) hour consultations to gather all needed information about your event

Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event

Invitation coordination includes addressing, RSVP tracking and follow up

Event timeline, flow, and itinerary checklists

Conduct one-hour rehearsal

Full coordination of vendor setup, Décor set up, guest arrival, first look, ceremony, reception, toasts and speeches, cake cutting, send off, gift arrangement in the car, vendor gratuities, guests leaving
