  Professional Planning Services: Up to 12 months of planning

  • One consultant and one assistant throughout entire planning process

  • Two (2) hour consultations to gather all needed information about your event

  • Planning meetings (unlimited)

  • Ongoing communication with consultant via phone or e-mail (unlimited)

  • Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event

  • Complete budget and checklist development and management

  • Guest list management 

  • Invitation coordination includes addressing, RSVP tracking and follow up

  • Event timeline, flow, and itinerary checklists

  • Floorplan creation  

  • Event styling and etiquette consultation

  • Vendor/Venue referral

  • Vendor/Venue consultation meetings (unlimited)

  • Vendor contract negotiations

  • Walkthrough of your venue with any vendors who agree to join to better understand your ceremony and reception layout vision (as needed)

  • Assistance with menu development and recommendations on food choice

  • Main point of contact with all vendors before wedding and coordination of arrivals 

  • Give your final guest count to those vendors who need it 

  • 2 Coordinators on wedding day up to 15 hours  

  • Conduct one-hour rehearsal 

  • Distribution and pinning of boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets 

  • Full coordination of vendor setup, Décor set up, guest arrival, first look, ceremony, reception, toasts and speeches,     cake cutting, send off, gift arrangement in the car, vendor gratuities, guests leaving 

  • Work alongside the photographer to do photos 

  • Full access to planner’s emergency kit 

  • Up to 200 guests (additional assistant charge may be required)

  • All Catering, Event and Party  Planning  Prices Subject to Applicable State Taxes and Service Fees
